Order & Return Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once your package has been shipped, please understand that I no longer have control over how it is handled during transit.

For damaged items, you must reach out within 5 days of delivery and provide photo proof so we can work together toward a resolution.

Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted. Once opened, items cannot be restored to their original condition, and therefore no refunds will be issued.
